Our client, a leader in the agricultural sector that operates in growing, packing and exporting red berries, with a global workforce of around 6,000 employees in Morocco, is currently looking for a Project Manager M/F specialized in the agricultural sector and with experience in red berries, who will be based in Agadir.

Poste

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the COO and your main responsibilities in this role will be the following :
- Take responsibility for the projects as set by the CEO, from conception to on time delivery
- Collaborate with the COO on operational strategy and organisational strategy to ensure growth targets for the company
- Give support to ensure delivery of efficient operational processes
- Manage relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
- Manage Team members across all areas of the projects

Profil

The successful Candidate should have:
- a master degree ( engineering or business)
- an extensive Agricultural Management experience, preferably in Berries (Fruit Rouge)
- be fluent in English
- be prepared to travel overseas
