We are seeking, on behalf of our client-a major international company specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of premium properties-a Mission Officer (F/M).
This company offers an extensive range of services, including property acquisitions, legal consultancy, financing, project management, architecture, interior design, construction, and comprehensive property aftercare. Leveraging a global network of partnerships, it facilitates and supports investments across international markets.
Poste
The Mission Officer will be responsible for the overall supervision of the development and operationalization project of a new petroleum station in the Moroccan market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Feasibility Study and Development Strategy:
- Conduct market analyses to identify local needs ;
- Study energy sector trends, particularly in petroleum and alternative fuels ;
- Define a development strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
2. Project Management:
- Coordinate all phases of the project (design, construction, and commissioning) ;
- Supervise technical and architectural studies in collaboration with dedicated teams ;
- Plan activities while adhering to deadlines and budgets.
3. Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and local regulations ;
- Prepare administrative files required for obtaining necessary authorizations.
4. Collaboration and Partnerships:
- Work closely with stakeholders: suppliers, local authorities, financial partners, etc ;
- Develop strategic partnerships to ensure project success.
5. Commercial Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to diversify station services (shops, car wash, electric charging stations) ;
- Develop proposals to maximize long-term profitability.
Profil
Experience:
- Excellent knowledge and mastery of administrative processes ;
- Specialization in energy or petroleum infrastructure is an advantage ;
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the petroleum sector, infrastructure project management, or similar roles ;
- Proven experience in coordinating complex projects ;
- Proven and recognized achievements in the distribution and management of petroleum products and lubricants.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of environmental, safety, and construction regulations ;
- Familiarity with alternative energy solutions (biofuels, electric charging, etc.).
Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is mandatory.
