Leveraging a global network of partnerships, it facilitates and supports investments across international markets.
Poste
The Mission Officer will be responsible for the overall supervision of the launch and distribution project for a new tobacco brand in the Moroccan market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Strategy and Planning:
- Define the strategic plan for deploying the brand in Morocco ;
- Identify priorities, business objectives, and performance indicators (KPIs).
Team Coordination:
- Supervise internal and external teams involved (marketing, logistics, sales) ;
- Ensure seamless communication between different departments.
2. Operational Execution:
Distribution Network:
- Develop and structure the distribution network (grocery stores, kiosks, wholesalers, and strategic sales points) ;
- Design tools and protocols to optimize stock management and supply chain processes.
Promotional Campaigns:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of communication and promotional tools tailored to the Moroccan market ;
- Ensure compliance with local tobacco marketing regulations.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Analyze commercial performance and make necessary adjustments to actions ;
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of the project budget ;
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and provide strategic recommendations.
Profil
Qualifications and Required Skills:
Experience:
- Excellent knowledge and expertise in administrative processes and the operations of tobacco distribution companies ;
- Proven and recognized achievements in the distribution and management of innovative consumer products ;
- At least 7 years of experience in project management or business development, ideally in the tobacco or regulated products sector.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in project management (planning tools, budgeting, coordination) ;
- Solid knowledge of Moroccan distribution channels (grocery stores, kiosks, retailers) ;
- Strong understanding of Moroccan regulations concerning the sale and marketing of tobacco products.
Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is mandatory.
